International executive with 30+ years of leadership experience in IT across EMEA, Asia, and North America. I have held senior roles at Lenovo, Red Hat, and Dell, driving profitable growth, leading multicultural teams, and transforming organizations in highly competitive environments.
Currently Head of Enterprise IT Solutions EMEA at Lenovo, I lead a cross-regional function to align strategies, accelerate growth in servers and infrastructure solutions, and foster innovation through strategic partnerships in AI, cloud, and datacenter efficiency. Previously, I served as Country General Manager for Lenovo ISG France, managing full P&L responsibility.
My current focus spans AI-driven infrastructure, cloud transformation, and sustainable datacenter strategies across EMEA.
Throughout my career, I have consistently delivered growth, built strong partner ecosystems, and developed high-performing leadership teams. Passionate about inclusion, I also serve as VP of Nova in Tech at Numeum, promoting gender diversity in the digital sector, and I am an active member of Institut Montaigne.
Recent executive education includes the Leadership Advancement for Transformation program at Columbia Business School (2025).
